At GizmoGiro, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our sleep masks, earmuffs, headbands, and beanies. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened sleep masks
- Used earmuffs or headbands
- Washed beanies
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Include your order number inside the package
- Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 3-5 business days
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days
- Your bank may take additional 2-5 business days to post the credit
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returns. These costs will not be refunded.
